Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Solar PV engineering and project execution

• Proven experience delivering Solar PV projects under EPC/EPCC contracts

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and grid-connected Solar PV systems

• Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, or similar Solar PV design software

• Ability to manage projects from engineering design through commissioning and handover

Preferred Experience

• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV projects

• Multi-site Solar PV project implementation

• Ground-mounted and rooftop Solar PV systems

• Multi-MW Solar PV projects

• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

• Professional Engineer (PE/Ir) registration would be an advantage

• Lead Solar PV projects from concept, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.

• Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, system sizing, and energy yield analysis.

• Prepare detailed engineering designs.

• Utilize Solar PV design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, suppliers, and technical stakeholders.

• Coordinate site installation activities and ensure compliance with engineering, quality, and safety requirements.

• Lead testing, commissioning, performance verification, and client acceptance activities.

• Prepare as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and project closeout documentation.
