Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Proven understanding and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Experience with tax preparation, tax compliance, and understanding of Malaysian tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse client base.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in a business and management consulting firm is a plus.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for accounting and tax services.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing client relationships within the B2B market.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads by actively engaging with potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.

Understand client needs and effectively present BBS Trust Int'l Limited's accounting and tax solutions, highlighting benefits and value propositions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and tax specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to prospective clients' unique business requirements.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in accounting and tax regulations to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
