Minimum 3 –5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to communicate and coordinate with the China Headquarters.

Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and process improvement.

Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Supervise and manage daily warehouse and inventory operations.

Lead and guide the inventory team to achieve operational efficiency.

Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure timely processing.

Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.

Ensure timely stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and order fulfilment.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Monitor warehouse productivity and prepare inventory reports and analyses.

Coordinate stock requests and transfers with retail outlets.

Liaise with suppliers and relevant departments to maintain adequate inventory and operational supplies.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiency.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
