Job Description

Requirements

  • GDL License

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Identify and assess customer's needs

  • Provide customers with friendly service, confident and knowledgeable manner

Responsibilities

  • Carry out corrective, servicing action for customers.

  • Attend on Customer complaint.

  • Involve door and door accessories installation.

  • To proceed with repairing activity for customer complaints / claims as per procedures.

  • To inform immediate superior pertaining abnormalities found during site service job.
