Requirements
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree.
Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telemarketing, or sales.
Experience handling inbound or outbound customer enquiries.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, or Xiaohongshu.
Candidates with at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience are welcome.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Respond to online enquiries and follow up with potential customers through social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
Contact customers using company-provided leads.
Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet sales targets and provide after-sales support.
