Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

  • Proficient in administrative support tasks, including managing patient records and maintaining a tidy clinic environment.

  • Skilled in appointment scheduling and managing the clinic's calendar efficiently.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients.

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register patients, provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism.

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with regulations.

  • Assist doctor with patient examinations and minor procedures.

  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.

  • Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
