Content Quality Analyst (Malaysian)
Reviewing, editing, and proofreading content for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Checking content for readability, style, and agreement with editorial policies
Ensuring that the content is factually correct and meets the set quality standards
Providing feedback to content creators to help them improve their work
Working closely with other members of the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality assurance standards
Handling content-related complaints and making necessary corrections
Monitoring and reporting on content quality metrics
Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content quality assurance
