Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply).

Possess a valid Class D Driving License.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, NAS and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide technical support to users.

Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and equipment inspections.

Set up IT equipment for clients and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

Travel to client company sites when required to provide on-site technical support.
