Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a call centre environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Microsoft.

Experience in the healthcare or relevant industry will be an added advantage.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and resolving issues effectively.

Provide accurate information about company services, products, and policies, guiding customers through processes and offering solutions.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all information is logged accurately in the CRM system.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary, following established escalation procedures.

Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to contribute to service improvement initiatives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Process customer requests, orders, or applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
