Basic knowledge in electrical or general maintenance is an advantage.

Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Willing to travel and work outstation.

Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial weighing systems at customer sites across West Malaysia.

Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on hardware and software components of weighing systems under supervision.

Conduct routine checks and calibration of weighing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Document service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and time spent, using company software.

Learn and apply knowledge of electronic components and basic engineering principles to identify and resolve common technical issues.

Provide on-site support to customers, answering basic inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the workshop and at customer locations.

Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during on-site visits and workshop activities.
