1. Bachelor’s Degree in Plantation Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and executing risk-based internal audit assignments, evaluating internal controls, and providing value-added recommendations to enhance business processes. The role will work closely with Management and stakeholders to ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead risk-based audit assignments to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure audit assignments are completed within the established timeline and budget, with proper documentation and reporting.

• Coach, guide, and supervise team members to ensure high-quality audit work and support continuous team development.

• Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders, review policies and procedures, and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of control processes.

• Research, document, and communicate audit findings clearly, ensuring observations are understood by relevant stakeholders.

• Perform root cause analysis on audit findings and provide practical, value-added recommendations for process improvements.

• Present audit findings, recommendations, and proposed action plans to management in a clear and professional manner.

• Collaborate with business units to strengthen internal controls, improve operational processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
