4. Language & Urgency Requirements

• Mandarin Proficiency: A MUST. Required for translation, interpretation, and managing regional stakeholders/organisers.

• Availability: Immediate candidate preferred to take over ongoing event preparations and sales follow-ups.

1. Personal Assistant (PA) Responsibilities

• Calendar & Travel: Full management of the Sales Director’s schedule and business trips.

• Gatekeeping: Screening calls and managing professional correspondence.

• Confidentiality: Maintaining strict discretion regarding corporate strategy.

2. Sales Support & Lead Management

• CRM & Reporting: Keeping lead data fresh and generating performance reports.

• Active Follow-ups: Proactively calling prospects, qualifying leads, and chasing "stalled" sales or payments.

• Internal Liaison: Bridging the gap between Sales, Accounts, and Operations.

3. Event & Exhibition Management

• Booth Coordination: End-to-end management of event booth bookings and technical requirements.

• Organiser Point-of-Contact: Solving all logistics issues related to trade fairs and exhibitions.
