Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

Proven working experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.

Physically fit and willing to travel or work on-site when required.

Possess own transport and valid driving license (if on-site service is required).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/machinery.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.

Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.

Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.

Assist in testing, calibration, and upgrading of equipment when required.

Provide basic training or guidance to customers on equipment operation.
