Education：Minimum Diploma or higher in any relevant field; a background in Business, Finance, or Banking is a distinct advantage.

Industry & Financial Operations Experience：Prior experience in financial operations, statement reconciliation, or FX rate management/treasury operations within Financial Services, Remittance, or Banking is highly advantageous. Exceptional eye for detail and numerical accuracy is essential.

Leadership Traits：Proven leadership or mentoring experience — you genuinely enjoy developing others and take ownership of your team's success.

Languages：Strong command of written and spoken English is required. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required, in order to communicate effectively with our Mandarin-speaking and Cantonese-speaking clients.

Crisis Management：A cool head under pressure — able to handle high-stakes escalations, resolve crises calmly, and make sound judgment calls in time-sensitive situations.

Tech Literacy & Flexibility：Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), and general computer applications. Comfortable with a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and occasional overtime.

Premium Escalation Management：Oversee and manage high-value customer communications, resolving complex escalated issues, transactions, and disputes with professionalism and urgency.

Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution：Perform rigorous statement verification and reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy between client statements and internal records, investigating and resolving discrepancies within required timeframes.

Rate Approval & Compliance：Review and approve foreign exchange (FX) rates negotiated by junior team members, ensuring both profitability and compliance prior to transaction processing.

Team Leadership & Development：Mentor and train junior staff on product knowledge and operating procedures, while fostering a supportive, high-performing team culture.

Workflow Optimization：Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Compliance, and IT) to optimize transaction processing flows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
