Good leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills

Responsibilities
Support the manager in daily outlet operations
Supervise and guide service crew to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver and maintain excellent customer service standards
Handle staff scheduling and manpower planning
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering & inventory control
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP standards are followed
