Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.

• Cheerful, creative, confident in front of the camera, and comfortable interacting with audiences.

• Basic skills in video recording, content editing, and social media platforms.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and promotional campaign periods.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Talent Content Creator cum Live Host.

This role requires someone who can create engaging social media content and conduct daily live-streaming sessions to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, able to generate creative content ideas, and capable of presenting products or services confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content according to the assigned schedule.

• Produce short videos, photos, scripts, and content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Keep up with current social media trends and create relevant content for the brand.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with company objectives and promotional campaigns.

• Assist in planning the content calendar and suggest new ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Live Streaming

• Conduct daily live-streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule.

• Introduce, explain, and promote products or services clearly and confidently.

• Actively engage with viewers through comments, questions, and live Q&A sessions.

• Create a professional, entertaining, and interactive live-streaming environment.

• Help increase sales, engagement, and brand awareness through live sessions.

• Prepare products, scripts, equipment, and promotional materials before each live session.

• Review live-streaming performance and suggest improvements to achieve better results.
