• Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent.

• Possess a valid GDL driving license (Goods Driving License) and a valid Class E driving license (or relevant lorry license category).

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

• Willing to work on a 3-shift rotation system.

• Familiarity with routes in Penang and surrounding areas.

• Good physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading goods.

Driving & Delivery:

• Drive the lorry to deliver goods to retail branches or customer locations according to daily delivery schedules and routes.

• Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded correctly according to delivery documents.

• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and safe for road use at all times.

• Ensure the vehicle undergoes scheduled maintenance as assigned.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Manage and return delivery documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and consignment notes accurately and on time.

• Record delivery status and report any discrepancies, damages, or returned goods.

Safety & Compliance:

• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

• Ensure personal safety and the security of goods throughout the delivery process.

• Hold a valid driving license and ensure it remains renewed and active.
