• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dealer Management, Sales Management, Sales Operations, or related roles.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand sales performance, market trends, and business operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Support regional sales reporting, including sales performance tracking, trend analysis, action plans, and campaign/PDCA activities.

• Assist in regional administration tasks, including expense claims management and monitoring of branch OPEX management and CAPEX requirements.

• Support regional operational system maintenance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOX requirements.

• Monitor and maintain standardization of sales operational processes across regional branches.

• Analyse sales performance data and provide insights to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal teams and branches to improve operational efficiency.

• Assist superior with assigned projects and other business initiatives as required.
