WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Self-motivated and disciplined — no hand-holding needed
- Comfortable approaching new people and initiating conversations
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or English is a bonus)
- Has own transport (coverage: Penang, Kedah, Perak Utara, Perlis)
- Fresh graduates welcome — full training provided
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or direct selling is an advantage
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Prospect and generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and field visits
- Visit workplaces, housing areas, and business premises to promote our loan services
- Conduct consultations (in person or via WhatsApp) to assess client eligibility
- Guide clients from first contact through to loan approval
- Build a referral network to grow your own pipeline
- Maintain accurate client records and application updates
