Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting or other accounting software is an added advantage.

• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and good time management skills.

• Experience in handling government documentation or statutory submissions is an added advantage.

Language:

• Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English (Preferred)

Job description:

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.

• Prepare correspondence, invoices, and other administrative documents.

• Assist the Account Department with daily accounting and documents tasks.

• Handle government-related documentation and submissions, including liaising with government departments and statutory bodies when required.

• Assist in preparing and compiling documents for license applications, renewal and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, auditors and external parties when necessary.

• Maintain office supplies and provide general administrative support.

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
