Minimum SPM; Diploma is an added advantage.

At least 1-2 years of working experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Service or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Whatsapp

Willing to learn the Company's operation system and digital tools.

Good Communication, attention to details, coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibile, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Coordinate daily customer orders and delivery operations.

Communicate and coordinate with customers, drivers and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Verify drivers' daily settlements, including cash collections, Delivery Orders, Daily Sales Records and supporting documents.

Verify supplier delivery documents, quantities received and ensure all receiving records are complete and properly recorded.

Update operational records and maintain proper documentation in the Company's system.

Notify the Accounts department of customers' requests for invoices, statement of account, delivery orders and other related documents.

Assist in resolving daily operational issues and ensuring smooth workflow.

Perform other operational and admistrative assigned by management.
