We are hiring Mandarin Customer Service Executives to support customers from Singapore. Whether it's assisting with bookings, resolving enquiries, or helping customers throughout their stay at hotel, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Location: Ampang Park
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (shift rotate monthly)

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Minimum SPM qualification or above
• At least 1 year Travel Customer Service Experience
• Passionate about helping customers and solving problems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with hotel bookings, amendments, cancellations, and related requests
• Support customers with refunds, schedule changes, and travel-related enquiries
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Adhere to company procedures, workflows, and SLA requirements
