About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our client's team. This role is responsible for managing daily financial operations, including accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting support, and statutory submissions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes for the company.
Key responsibilities
Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare accurate financial statements, monthly reports, and analysis.
Maintain complete and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
Verify and process expense claims, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
Support tax filing, statutory submissions, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to improving financial processes.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
