Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD).

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.

Experience with cloud security principles and best practices within Microsoft 365.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

Provide technical expertise and support for Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.

Develop and maintain security policies and configurations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to protect company data.

Automate administrative tasks and workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with existing infrastructure.

Plan and execute migrations to Microsoft 365 from on-premises or other cloud solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.
