Requirements
Knowledge in Mandarin/English (Mandarin is a MUST).
Fresh graduate can apply.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Able to handle customers through email and also live chat.
Able to type and write in Multilanguage (English and Mandarin preferred).
Good communication skills and have a fast typing speed.
Need to follow up with customer from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases.
