Requirements
Possess a Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM Level 3), Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM), Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, mobile equipment, industrial machinery, construction equipment, or similar mechanical systems.
Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, PLCs, drives, or mechanical alignment is an added advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and respond efficiently to equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair works on Mobile Equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules and safety standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine systems to identify equipment faults and restore operational performance.
Conduct equipment testing and commissioning after maintenance or repair activities to ensure equipment is functioning within operational specifications.
Inspect equipment condition during maintenance activities and promptly report abnormalities, defects, or potential failures to the Team Leader or Planner.
Recommend equipment reconditioning, replacement, or modification works to improve equipment reliability and extend asset life.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with established procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor and verify the quality of work performed by contractors, vendors, or OEM service providers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective or preventive actions to reduce unplanned breakdowns.
Complete preventive maintenance checklists, service reports, and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and safeguard assigned personal tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition.
Practice safe working procedures and comply with all company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) policies and statutory requirements.
Suggest improvements to maintenance procedures, equipment reliability, and work processes to enhance operational efficiency and asset performance.
Apply sound engineering and technical knowledge to solve maintenance issues using appropriate diagnostic techniques and repair methods.
Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Team Leader or Management.
