Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage inventory and understand basic stock control practices, including FIFO.

Support daily branch operations to ensure consistent service standards and product quality.

Supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and assist with employee training and development.

Manage inventory, implement the First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory system, and minimize product wastage.

Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to the Branch Manager or higher management when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, health, and workplace safety regulations.

Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Prepare regular operational reports and provide feedback to the Branch Manager.
