任职资格
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of SQL Accounting Software.
- Familiarity with the LHDN MyInvois Portal and e-Invoice processes is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized with good time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
岗位职责
- Process and verify supplier invoices and payment records.
- Reconcile bank transactions with supplier invoices.
- Download, organize, and maintain financial reports and receipts.
- Prepare and submit monthly accounting documents.
- Maintain accurate filing and proper record management.
- Assist with e-Invoice administration and other accounting-related tasks.
