Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical and Automotive

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

  • Excellent communications skills and proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to speak/write in Mandarin and English will be an added advantage

  • Ability to work in a team

    • Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers’ daily needs that are compliant to SST procedures

  • Promote the sales of Service and Parts

  • Able to handle customers’ complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Handle the registration and control of customers’ appointment
