Requirements
Minimum Diploma or higher qualification
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably phone-based)
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
Responsibilities
Handle and manage all inbound calls and customer inquiries
Conduct discovery and qualification calls to identify potential leads
Present Rent-to-Own solar offers and convert prospects to advisory calls
Prepare basic rooftop solar designs and proposals for clients
Schedule appointments and site surveys for sales associates
Support sales initiatives to enhance processes and customer experience
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
