Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large organization

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

Work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude

Must be able to work 100% on site with limited access to mobile phone

Source applicants through different channels including professional networks

Screening and reviewing of candidate's profile and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and the organization

Engagement with candidates on the completion of assessment and interview scheduling

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels

Conduct phone call interview with candidates

Undertake documentation, maintain updates and refinements of recruitment operating procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system

Conduct reference checks and background screenings on candidates

Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment practices to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
