Degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred. 

Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese (Mandarin)

Ensure all QC systems and procedures are effectively implemented.

Review and approve inspection documents and data sheet reports to ensure product quality meets required chemical composition standards.

Coordinate with external bodies for all calibration activities, including scheduling, conducting, reporting, and updating calibration records.

Manage ISO-related requirements under the Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in relevant monthly meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).

Plan QC staff work schedules and provide training for both new and existing team members.

Prepare routine QC reports such as SPC charts, Monthly Cp Graphs, Finished Goods Summary Reports, GR&R, and other required documents.

Support internal and external QMS & EMS audits as well as customer audits, including preparing audit checklists.

Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
