Minimum 3–5 years daily hands-on setting experience on the exact controls above (Mazak Fanuc milling + Mazatrol turning + Citizen Mitsubishi).

Proven experience leading or guiding a small team of operators.

Good communication skills: able to explain clearly in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate to China side).

Strong problem-solving on the shop floor, calm under pressure.

Independently set up, prove-out and optimise jobs on the machines above (series 100–10,000 pcs).

Load programs (Mazatrol / Mitsubishi conversational / G-code), set tools & offsets, run first article, achieve repeatable ±0.01 mm or better.

Make small on-machine edits in Mazatrol and Mitsubishi conversational screens.

Lead, guide and train a small team of operators – ensure they follow correct setup sheets and run jobs properly.

Be the main communication point between management (China/Malaysia) and the shop floor.

Conduct daily 5–10 min morning briefing, assign jobs, check progress, solve problems fast.

Keep the work area clean, safe and organised.
