Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in product, marketing, or a related function/industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Support the Product Department in daily tasks and projects.

Track competitors and prepare regular performance reports.

Provide monthly insights on demographics and product performance (core & non-core).

Assist in managing new or enhanced products and projects from concept to execution.

Help build pricing models and keep product documentation updated.

Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Customer Experience & other teams on GTM activities.

Track, monitor, and report performance of non-core products (e.g., WOWchers, insurance).

Conduct research on market trends and customer needs to spot new opportunities.

Prepare FAQs, briefing notes, and supporting materials for product launches.

Take on ad-hoc tasks that offer exposure across functions.
