Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical or related fields

Min. 5 years of sales experience in food, beverage, nutrition industry, preferably Functional Food/Nutraceutical/ Dietary supplement, etc.

Strong understanding of food ingredients, food supplements, and market trends.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Willingness to travel within Malaysia/overseas when required

Actively prospect new customers to grow our food ingredient sales especially in functional food/dietary supplement/flavor

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and new clients to achieve monthly sales KPIs

Conduct customer visits, present products, and suggest tailored solutions

Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management

Ensure seamless processing of customer orders, monitor stock movement, and forecast customer needs

Assist with product quotations, follow up on sales orders, and help finance with late collections

Strengthen business collaboration by coordinating sample requests, attending business meetings, and executing joint promotional activities to drive market growth.

Initiate clear and effective communication as a key bridge between the sales team, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth information flow, timely updates, and alignment of business objectives
