• Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door sales, roving sales activities, and roadshow events.

• Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting Maxis Home Fibre services.

• Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations to explain the features and benefits of Maxis Home Fibre to potential customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
