Technical Proficiency: 

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Node.js, React.js, Angular, C# (.NET framework), and Python.

• Understanding of Git and branching/merging strategies.

• Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous systems

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Nexus) is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMware/vSphere).

DevOps Mindset: 

• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift is a plus.

• Knowledge of application logging, monitoring, and performance management tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CheckMK).

• Experience with performance and load testing.
