You play a pivotal role in orchestrating the smooth execution of projects by coordinating work schedules, managing customer interactions, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams. This multifaceted role requires a combination of organizational, communicative, and administrative skills to guarantee the success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote roofing repair services.

2. Identify key market segments and potential clients for roofing projects.

3. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their roofing repair needs.

2. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.

3. Address client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.

Lead Generation

1. Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.

2. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

Quotation and Proposal Development

1. Prepare accurate and competitive project quotations and proposals.

2. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project requirements.

Sales Reporting

1. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.

2. Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
