Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate professionally with customers and internal departments.

Experience in preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.

Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and promptly.

Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth processing of customer inquiries and project documentation.

Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments, and project progress.

Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Technical, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure timely project execution.

Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for the Sales team when required.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and administrative reports.

Assist in preparing presentation materials, marketing documents, and tender submissions.

Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and provide administrative support to the Sales department.

Perform general administrative duties and any other responsibilities assigned by management.
