Full Time Fit-out Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in Zues Event Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

Must be able to liaise with supplier/client in mandarin. As all client are mandarin speaking.

Possess Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in related field

At least 1 years' working experience in the Construction, Site, Interiors & Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.

Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Willing to outstation, night work when needed.

Strong carpentry skills and ability to understand architecture & interior design construction methods and sequence

Able to work independently and solve on-site issues efficiently

Prior to commencing work, study of the drawing and to engage in a preliminary round of discussion & briefing together with designer

Involve in order material, arrange general workers' schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement, supervise progress at the project site to ensure that project is completed within stipulated time.

Planning of work schedules, monitoring the work of sub-contractors.

Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.

Handle & manage defect works.

Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.

Willing to travel/drive to project sites

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progressive reports & updates with designer and management.
