Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting, Revit, BIM modelling, or related work.

Basic understanding of M&E engineering design principles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting/modelling software.

Familiarity with BIM workflows and building or infrastructure projects.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Assist in creating, updating and revising BIM models throughout the project life cycle.

Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and latest information.

Develop shop drawing for submission.

Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout all the project phases.
