Able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for document and data processing.

A complete understanding of daily warehouse operations, order processing, and administrative coordination.

Practical experience in handling sales orders, delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and inventory documents.

Improved inventory management skills through stock transfers, inventory adjustments, stocktaking, and reconciliation.

Experience in arranging deliveries, managing equipment loans, and coordinating order progress with internal departments.

Enhanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data entry, document management, and operational reporting.

Exposure to customer communication and regulated medical logistics processes, including company SOPs and GDPMD standards.
