Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy or a related field.

Experience in B2B sales, OEM, supplements, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or herbal products is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fluent Mandarin is strongly preferred, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Able to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.

Possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer meetings.

Identify and approach potential OEM customers, including brands, pharmacies, clinics, distributors, retailers and entrepreneurs.

Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, referrals, networking and exhibitions.

Understand customers' product concepts, budgets, packaging needs and order quantities.

Present suitable formulations, manufacturing services and packaging solutions.

Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to secure orders.

Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Production, QA/QC, Packaging and Finance teams.

Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry to production and repeat orders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
