Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Fluent English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communication with China headquarters and customers.

Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including 2 years within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Lead automotive projects from customer enquiry through successful Start of Production (SOP), managing project schedules, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.

Manage New Product Introduction (NPI), production line transfer projects, APQP activities, PPAP submissions, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.

Handle customer communication, project reviews, engineering changes (ECR/ECN), quality issues, and problem-solving activities using structured improvement methods.

Monitor project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve project targets.
