We're looking for a motivated and confident people to join our team.

This is NOT a product sales job.

Your main responsibility is to find, approach, and recruit Live Stream Hosts (Influencers/KOLs) to work with us. You will build relationships with the Live Hosts and encourage them to collaborate with us to do live streaming.

- Experience in sales and business development experience is an advantage.

- Good communication and people skills.

- Confident in negotiation and persuasion.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of live streaming, influencer marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.

- Able to identify talented and high-potential live hosts.

- Find potential Live Stream Hosts or Influencers.

- Contact and build good relationships with them.

- Explain our opportunity and convince them to join our live selling campaigns.

- Assist new hosts during the onboarding process.

- Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

- Continuously recruit and maintain a network of quality live hosts.
