2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

Proven experience in opening new retail accounts

Existing network in one or more of the following sectors:

3C / Consumer electronics

Hardware/building materials

Small home appliances

CCTV / security industry (preferred)

Strong closing and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and highly execution-driven

Willing to travel for field sales

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage

Develop and explore new offline retail partners across Malaysia

Approach and close partnerships with:

3C electronics retailers

Hardware & building material stores

Small home appliance retailers

CCTV & security equipment shops

Actively conduct field visits to identify and acquire new retailers

Negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders

Drive sell-in volume and achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain basic relationship management with active retailers
