1、Education: SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent (Candidates with exceptional communication skills but lower qualifications are welcome to apply).

2、Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and Malay, with a good command of English to communicate professionally with diverse client segments.

3、Experience: Prefer experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

4、Key Attributes: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and highly resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5、Mobility: Must possess own transport (car/motorcycle) and a valid driving license (required for client visits).

6、Candidates with sales experience and customer resources in household appliance products are preferred.

1、Market Development: Actively develop new customers through multiple online and offline channels, expanding potential markets and business cooperation opportunities.

2、Customer Retention: Regularly follow up and maintain existing customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.

3、Sales Achievement: Responsible for the entire process from business negotiation, proposal quotation, contract signing to subsequent payment follow-up, striving to achieve the company's set sales targets.

4、Market Insight: Collect and feedback local market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor information to assist the company in optimizing sales strategies.
