Job Description
Requirements
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring timely monthly closing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Oversee the end-to-end E-Invoice process to ensure full compliance with LHDN requirements.
- Process monthly staff payroll / salaries, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Handle daily accounting operations, such as data entry, payment verification, and bank reconciliations.
- Utilize Autocount Accounting Software for all accounting transactions and financial reporting.
- Assist in basic tax computations and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, or company secretary when required.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-set accounts (AP/AR/GL), monthly closing & reconciliation
