F&B Management Trainee (Restaurant Operations)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join a structured F&B Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders in restaurant operations.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in the F&B industry. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across all areas of restaurant operations while developing the leadership, operational, and business skills required to manage a successful restaurant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience in F&B are welcome to apply.

• Passionate about building a long-term career in the F&B industry, particularly in restaurant operations.

• Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Willing to work hands-on in restaurant operations, including both Front of House (customer-facing) and Back of House (kitchen and food preparation) functions.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Arrangement

• Basic salary: RM4,000

• Salary after confirmation: RM4,500

• Working hours: 9 hours per shift + 1-hour break

• Work schedule: Shift-based

• Rest days: 6 days off per month

• Meal provided for F&B operations

• Placement and rotation across departments based on business needs, attitude, and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee Program focused on restaurant operations.

• Perform and support day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.

• Work closely with restaurant team members to achieve operational and service excellence.

• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and cost efficiency initiatives.

• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop leadership capabilities to effectively manage teams and daily restaurant operations.
