• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Able to work independently in a Work From Home environment with reliable internet connection and suitable WFH setup

• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Job scope

• To review submitted cases by customers through the portal

• To generate orders through the system

• To collaborate with relevant stakeholders via email for any next course of action

• Weekday (Non-Public Holiday)

1. 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

2. 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM

• Weekend (Including Public Holiday)

1. 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

2. 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM

• Public Holiday (Weekdays) - Additional Hours

1. 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working hours is depend on the operation subject

Working Days: Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays (4 days works and 3 days off or 5 days work and 2 days off)
